Starting

The title applies to the blog but also to my own experience as far as wine goes.
I am a wine lover, yes. I am interested in enology, sure. Do I know about wine.... hmmm don't think so.
Living in PORTugal, I have to be connected to wine.
What do I like about it?
Well as with all the "ground pleasures" as I call them, wine, cheese, cigars and all kinds of smoked delicatessen, they have a mix of all the pleasures to the senses.
They confort my vision, my nose, my taste, I enjoy their texture and yes, specially the wine, I like the way it sounds........ when you pur it into a glass or... a DECANTER.
Don't expect expert oppinions here, just oppinnions from someone....
